For over 25 years, Chris McGrath has helped business owners with challenges in set-up, employment, contracts, business negotiations, real estate, litigation and dispute resolution. He believes a strong, proactive legal relationship with his clients best supports their advancement and achievement.
McGrath is also an experienced entrepreneur. He founded and operated an auto racing team, created residential and commercial real estate companies, a consulting group, a law firm, and a motorsports marketing company.
McGrath is an experienced trial attorney, having tried cases before juries and judges in both state and federal courts in Indiana.
He has been a registered mediator since 2008, and works hard to help people negotiate deals and resolve disputes. His practice has been solely dedicated to helping Central Indiana businesses and their owners since 2013. He also maintains office hours at Platform 24, located in Carmel, Indiana.
Chris' core values are passion, service, faith and loyalty. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, from Marquette University in 1990, and his Juris Doctorate in 1993 from Golden Gate University School of Law, San Francisco California.
McGrath is the Boys’ Soccer Coach at Guerin Catholic High School in Noblesville, Indiana and supports various ministries at St. Maria Goretti, Westfield Indiana. He enjoys cycling, working outdoors, and watching his kids’ sporting events.
